This Policy (together with our Terms of Sale and any other documents referred to on it) applies as between you, the User of this Platform and X4 LTD the owner and provider of this Platform. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Platform and any Services or Systems therein. By visiting the Platform you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Policy.

Account: means collectively the personal information and credentials used by Users on the Platform;
X4 LTD: means X4 Ltd, registered at Companies House with company registration number 10800880;
Content: means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Platform;
Cookie: means a small text file placed on your computer by X4 LTD when you visit certain parts of this Platform.
